Hussain (Founder of HTM IT Consultancy now known as Blacktip Consultancy) has extensive project management and business development experience, specially in the field of Insurance and Reinsurance. His experience in implementing and managing multimillion-dollar projects and strong business connections covers a number of regions including the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC), Middle-East and Africa (MENA) and Central Africa.

During his 20 years of experience he has held senior positions at some of the key Insurance companies in the GCC. He holds a Masters Degree in Information Systems Management from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania along with a number of professional diplomas and certificates i.e. Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) and Masters Certificate in Project Management.
